Essential Question:  How can writers/artists engage an audience?
Do Now:  Get ready for some engaging performances

    - Put all your names onto one of your EA Requirement/ Rubric handouts and give that to Herendeen/me when your group presents
>  MAPA to guide us in reflection
Exit Pass:  Did your group meet your EA1 Intentions?

HW:  Grade Supplement if you choose - not required
- write a reflection of what went well, what could have been improved, and what you (not anyone else) will do differently the next time you are in a group situation - Due at the beginning of next class (not during or after)

Day 2 - Thu. 2/1 & Fri. 2/2
Essential Question:  How are the components of rhetoric applied to the creation and delivery of effective speeches?
Do Now:  In your INB, write a 20-30 word response to the video clip of a persuasive speech written and performed by an elementary school student
Agenda:
>  EA1 - periods 2 and 5 need to finish - congrats 6 & 7!

    - 1 person open/create in Classroom and share w/ team     - Share responsibilities and put your names next to your jobs
    - 1 person do the visuals on the paper
